I purchased a ticket for a friend, who hasn't received it!

Here is how to find your tickets...

We'll get this sorted ASAP! The good news is that, even if they don't have a copy of the purchase confirmation/receipt email, the organization will have the purchase on record, so not to worry!

Anyway, the first place for you and your friend to look would be in your email inbox. All receipts are automatically sent there. (You can search "BetterWorld" or "messages@betterworld.org").

Here is what your (the ticket purchaser) receipt will look like:

Your friend should have also received an email if you entered their email address on the checkout page here:

Not to worry if you did not add your friend's/guest's information here, they can always use the registration code sent to you. If you did enter their email address, then this is the email your friend/guest will receive:

 



In both emails there should be a PDF document attached, which has a QR code that can be used to check you in at the event. Here is what that PDF looks like (note, you will have a PDF for each ticket you purchased).



Just to reiterate, you will not need this QR code, your email, or receipt of your purchase to attend the event -- the organization will have record of all of your ticket purchases, they will be able to search your name to admit you and your guest to the event. 

The second place you can find receipts is in the My Account area.

Step 1: Head to My Account, and click on the product that you're looking for a receipt for (i.e. a donation receipt, a ticketing receipt, and so on).

Step 2: Click "View" next to the transaction to see the receipt.
