How do I send a donation receipt for offline donations?

To send a donation receipt for offline donations head over to your Dashboard.

Click "Donation campaigns" on the left side of your screen and go to the campaign you would like the offline donation receipt generated for. Click the "Manage" button.

Next, click "Donors" on the left side of the page.

Now, Select Create An Offline Donation at the top of the page.

Here you will be able to add the donor's information and send them a receipt from their donation. Just check the "Send the donor an email receipt" box.  After you save the information, your donation receipt will be delivered to the donor's email address.
