Is it possible to have a report of the items we have for auction?

With the descriptions, prices, etc.?

Definitely! Head to Auctions > Items, then click the horizontal bars at the top of all the auction items. 

Next, click the bookmark icon on the left-hand side of the page, you can add columns for the table, which you can then sort or download as a CSV.
