      Can I receive text messages when I am outbid during an auction?

      Yes! When placing a bid for the first time make sure you provide your phone number.

      You will also need to check the "I want to receive text message" box to opt into receiving texts from BetterWorld. 

       

      If you already have an account you can manage this in your account settings. To check that you receive outbid notifications sent to your phone via text message check that you have a valid phone number in your Account. Next, make sure you check the box for Outbid Alerts under Notifications & emails. Advantage you!
