One of our donors is running into an error

We're here to help! 

There are two ways to solve this quickly:

1. Submit a Ticket through the Contact Us button at the top of the page. Be sure to include as much information as you can, such as their name, email, and any other specifics (we love screenshots) that would help us identify what might be going on and help fix it!

2. Ask the donor to reach out to us directly through the Submit a Ticket feature. We try to respond to all inquiries within 24 hours, so we'll make sure to address issues ASAP!
