My tickets / events aren't showing up!
There are generally two things that could be going on here. We'll help you solve either!
1. The event hasn't been published. (It's still set to "Private" in Settings). If this is the case, the solution is to publish your campaign by heading to dashboard.betterworld.org and following these three steps:
- Click Manage on the campaign
- Click on Settings
- Change the visibility from "Private" to "Public"
2. Alternatively, the ticket purchase deadline has passed for an individual ticket
If this is the case, your event shows up, but you don't see any tickets available for purchase.
1. Head to Tickets
2. Edit the ticket you wish to change the date for.
3. Remove the 'purchase deadline' or change it to someday in the future.
