If I have multiples of the same item, what is the simplest way to duplicate them?

Once you’re in the Auction in your dashboard, click on Items in the left-hand menu. Then, you’ll see “Copy Items” in the upper right of the dashboard.

This feature allows you to select existing items from any auctions and duplicate them. This is also a great feature for duplicating items year over year.
