I'm trying to join a nonprofit's team & access their dashboard
The easiest way to do this is to ask the organization's admin you personally know, to add you as a team member. If you like, you can copy the message below to give them instructions:
"Hi! In order for me to help with campaigns, I need access to the dashboard. You can invite me! Head to the team management page and click the "Invite" button to send invitations to your team members."
Please keep in mind that your access to the dashboard depends on the "role" assigned to you by the organization admin. For example, if you are helping with Auctions, you won't necessarily have access to Giveaways.
You can always ask the organization's admin to reach out to us and we're happy to send instructions or guide them through it!
