Is there a limit to the number of items we can list in one auction?

Nope

No limits on the number of items you list. That said, we do recommend against listing hundreds of items in an auction. If you have too many items, sometimes items at the bottom of the auction can get less attention than they deserve. We generally see a sweet spot for auctions between 30 and 70 items.
