Is my organization set up to receive funds?

Yep! Your organization is set up to receive funds on BetterWorld from day one. Funds can be processed into our Stripe account, and then transferred over to yours when you get it set up!

That said, if you'd like to see the status of your Stripe account, check the Payments & Payouts section of your dashboard.

From there, you'll see the status of your account with Stripe, our payment processor. If it's all green, you're good to go! If it's yellow, it generally means they need a few days to get things sorted/approved. If it's red, then payments are disabled and -- for some reason -- they're not allowing transactions into your account. With that warning - Stripe usually describes the issue and sends along an e-mail describing what they need.
