What information is needed to create an offline pledge?

There are two ways you can create an offline plege.

1) Enter the donors information. First name, last name, and pledge amount are required fields. If you enter the donor’s email, they will automatically receive a dedicated checkout link to pay for their pledge(s).

2)  You can also select an exciting donor. You can search for the donor by name or paddle number.

You may still record a pledge even if you choose not to enter the donor’s email. In this case, however, after recording the pledge, you’ll need to head back to your Donor’s table to manually share with them their unique ‘Offline checkout code’ so that they can pay. Just click the code to copy the unique checkout link to your clipboard. You can then share this code via email or text.
