I have an issue with Stripe

Stripe is core payment processor, and they process billions of dollars for millions of businesses around the world! They enable us to link your donors' payments directly with the account of your choice.

Their support knowledge base can be found here, which has many helpful answers to common questions.

To see your status with Stripe, you can head to Payments & Payouts in the dashboard, then click on Your Stripe Account. If the statuses are green, you're good to go! If it's yellow, it generally means they need a few days to get things sorted / approved. If it's red, then payments are disabled and -- for some reason -- they're not allowing transactions into your account. Log into your Stripe account directly and provide the missing information to validate your business. Unfortunately, we have no control over this, but we'll do our best to help!

99% of the organization that sign-up with us through Stripe do so without an issue. If there is a problem though, the best solution is to work it out with Stripe directly. There's often additional information they need from you to proceed. Clearly, feel free to reach out to us through the Contact Us link at the top of the page. We want to help however we can -- just know that, ultimately, Stripe has the control over which organizations they allow to create accounts with them.
