I can't find the "password reset" email

First, make sure you've requested a new password here. (This will trigger an email within a few seconds that you can use to reset your password.)

If you haven't received the email yet, try searching in your inbox "messages@betterworld.org". This is the email that we send all our automated messages from, and sometimes it ends up in various email folders other than your main inbox.

If that's still not working, you may have used a different email, or there may be a typo with the email that you originally used to access BetterWorld. Reach out to our support team (through the Contact Us link at the top of the page) and we can look through our messages and get this solved for you!
