How will winners get their items?

After the auction is over, winners will be directed via email to a unique fulfillment page for each item they won. There, they will be able to correspond with you and mark whether they have received their item.

You can also set custom 'fulfillment preferences' for the entire auction, or for specific items.

We recommend optimizing for simplicity on your end. For example, let donors know that items can be picked up at a specific time and place. Then allow anyone for whom that's not possible reach out to you on the fulfillment center. This streamlines the process and reduces your workload!
