How do I close the online auction, charge cards, and connect winners with their items?

Once the auction ends, head to the dashboard, click into the auction you'd like to manage, then click "Close Auction Now" to formally end the auction and let bidders know which items they won:

From there, click the button that says "Charge now" to automatically charge all cards and issue receipts:

Finally, now that cards have been charged, head to the Fulfillment Center to communicate with donors and make sure they get the items they won!
