Creating an auction with live bidding is quick and easy! The setup is guided and will promote you for all the information you need to get started. Check out the setup process below!
First, head to your dashboard and click on Auctions on the left side of the screen.
Then, give your auction a name. Anything you enter can be changed later.
Next, select Live Bidding Only if you want to have live bidding. Currently, your auction needs to be one or the other. If you want to have both online and live bidding for your auction you can set up two auction campaigns. Both auctions will be accessible to bidders from your organization's profile page. Check out an example here! You can change the bidding style in your dashboard if you change your mind. To learn more about the difference between live bidding and online bidding head here!
Now select when you would like bidding to start! You can choose a general time and specify later or pick an exact date.
Next, choose your fundraising goal. This information will not be displayed.
Then, upload your banner image or choose one we have provided for you.
Next, you will have the option to add some text to your auction page. 
Awesome! We will show you a photo of an example. BetterWorld is web-optimized so bidders can check out your auction on any device!
Before you finish learn about the item donation form. You can customize the form now or check it out later.
All done! You can preview the auction, jump right to the add an item page, or click complete setup to go back to the dashboard!
That's it! If you choose complete setup you will be back in the dashboard inside your auction! You can use the left side of the screen to make changes to your auction and add items!
