How can I cancel a recurring donation?
Donors can cancel their recurring donations. Organization admins can cancel recurring donations for donors.
If you are a donor and have an account with BetterWorld, canceling your recurring donation is easy!
To cancel a recurring donation and prevent your card from being charged again, do the following:
- Go to the Recurring Donations page in your My Account area.
- In the dropdown menu for the donation you wish to cancel, click Settings.
- On this page, click the Cancel button to cancel your donation.
If you are an organization's admin, you can cancel a recurring donation for a donor!
1. Go to the donation campaign the donor is donating to.
2. Find their name on the "Overview" list.
3. Click "View" next to their name.
4. Click the red button that says "Cancel."
