How will fulfillment work for Instant Items?

At the end of the auction, the winning bidder will receive an email with a link to the item’s fulfillment page. A representative from the business that provided the item will reach out to the winning bidder. On the fulfillment page, they can message the representative to coordinate fulfillment details.
