How to Edit your Peer-to-Peer Donation Page as a Participant

Peer-to-peer participants can add their own cover images and profile photos to their campaign page

If you are a participant in a peer-to-peer campaign, the organization can invite you to edit the details on your page. Check your email for a message from messages@betterworld.org that looks like this:

Click the 'Claim my donation page' button. If you do not already have an account with BetterWorld, you will be prompted to sign up and create an account. If you already have an account and are logged in, you will be directed to this screen. Make sure you are logged in as the participant!

Once you enter your personal information and claim your donation page, click the 'Edit your donation page' button, which will direct you to your peer-to-peer campaign settings on your BetterWorld account.

This is where you can share your page, or edit the page settings such as your name, fundraising goal, text to appeal to donors, and your team. You can also select a profile picture and cover image.

You can access this page and make changes to it anytime by going to account.BetterWorld.org. Simply log into your account, then select 'Activity' - 'Peer-to-peer campaigns' - 'Edit'

Here is what your donation page will look like. By default, the campaign's featured image will be used as the banner image. Your profile photo will display next to your name, but by default, the organization's logo will appear next to your name. Your appeal to donors will appear under 'From Example Participant'.

Once you customize your donation page, you can then share your unique page with donors by selecting the 'share' button, or the social media or email icons.
