Can I copy a donation campaign?

Yes! You can easily copy any donation campaign, here's how...

If you already created a donation campaign in your dashboard and want to copy it to help you start building another campaign, you can easily do this in the "settings" section of the campaign you want to copy.

 

From your dashboard, head to the "donation campaigns" section and select "manage" under the campaign you wish to copy.  Then click "settings" - from here, scroll to the very bottom of "general settings" and you will see "Copy this campaign." The name will default to the "title of your campaign [copy]" - you can change this title now or edit it later in the event's settings.

 

 

The process is the same for any type of donation campaign...

 

 

For Impact Item campaigns, you have the option to include impact items in the copy.

 

 

For Peer-to-peer campaigns, you have the option to include teams and participants in the copy.

 

 

For Crowdfunding Campaigns, you have the option to include perks in the copy. 

 

 

When you're ready, click "copy" - depending on how much data was included in the original campaign, this may take a few moments. Once the copy event is complete, you will receive a notification in your dashboard.

 

 

You will see the copied campaign in the "donation campaigns" section of your dashboard.

 

 

You can now select "manage" to edit the copied campaign to reflect the correct information, add new dates, new descriptions, etc.!
