How do donors/guests pre-register on BetterWorld?

Guests will pre-register either by performing a transaction online (like buying a ticket, bidding, entering a giveaway, etc.), or by submitting your pre-registration form.

The pre-registration form can be found in your dashboard by clicking the edit profile button in the upper right drop-down menu.

Then click the live events tab on the left side of the screen. 

This is where you can edit and access your registration form. You have the option to write a welcome message and the ability to make adding credit card information required to register. If attendees add their credit card information, they will not need to add it when they make their first purchase. 

To view your registration form click the “Your registration form" button. 

To send the form to your attendees, copy the URL at the top of the forms page.
