Can I put a description for the Paddle Raise pledge?

Writing a description now allows for organization admins to keep track of what the pledge is for!

Filling out a description of the pledge can help track what the donor is being invoiced for!

From your dashboard, select "Donation Campaigns," then click "Manage" on your paddle raise campaign.

Then, click on "Donors" and "Create an Offline Pledge."

You will see a description box below the "Pledge Amount."

Please note this description will appear on the donor's receipt.

Fill this box in with information that will be helpful to you and/or the donor in identifying this pledge amount. Make sure to fill in the donor's information if they are a new donor, or select them from the list of existing donors. Click "Save."

You can then view this information in the "Overview" section of your campaign. You are also able to download this report by clicking the "down arrow" icon.
